Now this song, this is different, this is good, this is something that we have not seen in a very very long time. If you like J Cole, Kendrick Lamar or D Smoke, basically the stuff with an underlying message where you have to hear the song on repeat to understand the message, this is the dude for you. I’m just going to come out the gate with it and say, I’m a fan after one song. This isn’t your turn up type, buy some diamonds and some Gucci shoes type stuff either. This is that raw, that authentic, that count your paper, Nike Air Force One type of music.
The beat doesn’t fall short as well, picture this, you’re in a convertible, your smoking you’re loud, and you’re driving down the coast of California, cause that is exactly how this beat feels. If that’s too boujie for you, think about old school, New York, in the park kind of vibe. It’s relaxing, it’s nostalgic, it’s what you need to just feel good.
In my opinion, I give this song a solid 8/10, this song has the potential to be a breakout song if found in the right hands. The artist?
