Webbo’s latest track ‘Gelato’ is most definitely not about ice cream, but it does certainly show he is on his way to becoming the cream of the crop as he demonstrates his effortless musical nous. Coming off the back of an incredible 2021 that saw the young artist receive praise from major American artist Sauce Walka and recognition from NQ A&R David O’Sullivan, it feels like this is only the start of the plaudits with the way the young rapper is going.
Returning with ‘Gelato’, the track consists of colossal vocals accompanied by a gritty production, which in turn leads to a listening experience that you will want to re-run all day long. However, Webbo also has the capacity to use his music to detail difficult life stories. Speaking on substance abuse, Webbo stated: “It’s obligatory I tell the highs and the lows” but in doing so, allows his music to carry far greater substance and ultimately greater value.

Whilst making serious moves in the music game, his social accounts are also certainly ones to keep an eye on as he continues to release incredibly engaging content, something he believes to be ‘pivotal’ in the modern-day music industry. Webbo is certainly one to watch, and his growth has the potential to be limitless.
