Salute The Producer: Quest

The name says it all, Quest (Ottawa, CA) is a man on a mission to bring his city into the limelight of Canadian Hip Hop. An OG in the music scene in Ottawa, Quest has been instrumental in elevating the game out there. He founded Dreamland Studios, a space where dreams are reflected in the music that comes out of the space. The Dreamland Collective features some of the fastest up and comers out of Canada’s capital city (Dip Black, Mischa, Hevve). He has also been instrumental in giving artists a platform through his Dreamland Sessions, playing a huge part in the development of local artists in and around the Ottawa area. His passion for creating music is at the forefront of the Ottawa music scene, which is now starting to gain notoriety with artists like City Fidelia and Lia Kloud. You can find Quest, leaving his imprint all over the city, and there is nothing stopping him in the near future.
Some of my favourite songs he has produced include Sicilian Ways (ft. Dip Black, Nathan Miles and Hevve) and Cobain (ft Dip Black and Hevve). Be on the lookout for Quest and be sure to tap into what he has cooking up.
