"The way me and Theo see it, there's a pre-conception attached to the genre of dubstep. People always think of artists like Skrillex, Rusko and Caspa, artists who took the genre overseas and into mainstream EDM culture. However there's a lot of artists who made dubstep what it is who don't always get wide appreciation. Peverelist is a good example hence why I chose this one for the opening track. The artists who built its foundry are never the ones people generally recall. Dubstep at the moment is having a bit of a resurgence which is great, but I just hope that we don't find the genre becomes commercialised again like before, and miss the artists that have been working so hard for so long in the underground scene. This mix is a collection of unreleased tracks from friends, smaller releases which I think may have slipped by as well as some older tunes like Flags by Goth-Trad" - George (1/2 of Traces)
